Salad Corn Mingle
|Canned mexican style corn||24 Ounce|
|Canned italian green beans||1 Pound|
|Radishes||5 Large, trimmed and chopped|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||2 Tablespoon, drained|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Drain liquids from corn and beans; combine vegetables with radishes in a medium size bowl.
Blend mayonnaise or salad dressing, pickle relish, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl; fold into vegetable mixture.
Serve in a lettuce lined bowl.
