Green And White Salad
|Lime gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Boiling water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||17 Ounce|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese/3 ounce package cream cheese combined with almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Dissolve lime gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water; cool.
Pour into mold or 8 x 13 inch pan; chill until firm.
Dissolve lemon gelatin in remaining boiling water;cool until partially set.
Add whipped cream and cottage cheese; beat.
Combine with par tially set lemon gelatin.
Pour lemon mixture over lime gelatin.
Chill until firm.
