Frozen Marshmallow Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
  Miniature marshmallows 1⁄2 Pound
  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
  American cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), grated (or pimento cheese)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

Combine marshmallows, pineapple, cheese and mayonnaise; fold in whipped cream.
Pour into 8 or 9 inch pan; freeze.
May be served on lettuce with Maraschino cherry flower and mayonnaise.
