Three Way Salad
Three way salad packs in the richness of vegetables, shrimp and crackers. This is a pretty easy salad and you can prepare it in a jiffy, Check out the recipe of the three way salad.
|Carrots||6 , chopped|
|Cucumber||1 , chopped|
|Tomato||1 , sliced|
|Croutons/Ground crackers||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery stalks||3 , diced|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Diet dressing||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||2 , chopped|
|Canned shrimp||12 Ounce (2 cans, 6 ounce each)|
Combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
Just before serving, add dressing and sprinkle cheese on top.
