Three Way Salad

Three way salad packs in the richness of vegetables, shrimp and crackers. This is a pretty easy salad and you can prepare it in a jiffy, Check out the recipe of the three way salad.
Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1
  Carrots 6 , chopped
  Cucumber 1 , chopped
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Croutons/Ground crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalks 3 , diced
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Diet dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Canned shrimp 12 Ounce (2 cans, 6 ounce each)
Directions

Combine all ingredients; toss lightly.
Just before serving, add dressing and sprinkle cheese on top.
