Frosted Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon jello packet 6 Ounce
  Orange jello 6 Ounce
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 5 Ounce, drained (Save Juice)
  Bananas 2 , sliced
  Marshmallows 40 Small
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Left From Can Of Pineapple)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Salad:
Dissolve jello in hot water; add cold water.
Let cool.
Add fruits & marshmallows.
Pour into large baking dish and chill until firm.
Then spread with topping.
Topping:In a little saucepan, combine egg, flour, margarine, sugar and pineapple juice.
Stir over low heat until thickened.
Cool & fold in cream cheese and whipped cream.
Spread over top of chilled jello and sprinkle with cheese.
Cut into 13 to 15 squares and serve on greens.
