Frosted Fruit Salad
|Lemon jello packet||6 Ounce|
|Orange jello||6 Ounce|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||5 Ounce, drained (Save Juice)|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Left From Can Of Pineapple)|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce|
|Whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded sharp cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Dissolve jello in hot water; add cold water.
Add fruits & marshmallows.
Pour into large baking dish and chill until firm.
Then spread with topping.
Topping:In a little saucepan, combine egg, flour, margarine, sugar and pineapple juice.
Stir over low heat until thickened.
Cool & fold in cream cheese and whipped cream.
Spread over top of chilled jello and sprinkle with cheese.
Cut into 13 to 15 squares and serve on greens.
