Cream Salad Dressing
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Sour cream/Sweet milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix all dry ingredients; add eggs, milk and vinegar.
Cook over double boiler until thick ened.
Remove from heat; add butter the size of a walnut.
NOTE: Dressing may be thinned with cream or thickened with whipped cream to be used for fruit salads.
