Eggnog Christmas Salad

Eggnog Christmas Salad tops my list of Christmas favorites. This chill and serve salad is my favorite mainly for its rich taste. Check out the recipe of Eggnog Christmas Salad.
Ingredients
  Crushed pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs) (With Juice)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Eggnog 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped celery 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raspberry flavored gelatin 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Frozen cranberry orange relish 10 Ounce
  Salad greens 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

Drain pineapple juice into saucepan; heat to boiling.
Soften gelatin in lime juice; dissolve in boiling pineapple juice.
Cool.
Add eggnog; chill until partially set.
Fold in pineapple and celery.
Pour into mold; chill until firm.
Dis solve raspberry gelatin in boiling water; add cranberry orange relish, stirring until relish is thawed.
Chill until slightly thickened; pour over eggnog mixture.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on salad greens.
