|Escarole||2 Cup (32 tbs), torn|
|Spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs), torn|
|Cherry tomatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Western Way)|
Place romaine, escarole and spinach in salad bowl.
Arrange cherry tomatoes and celery over leafy greens.
