Corn And Zucchini Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked corn 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh, Frozen, Or Canned)
  Chopped scallions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped zucchini 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped red bell pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Combine corn, scallions, zucchini, red pepper, and celery in a glass bowl.
2. Combine parsley, garlic, pepper, sugar, cumin, mustard, and cider vinegar.
3. Toss dressing with vegetables.
4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
