Citrus Romaine Salad With Strawberries

|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Thinly sliced lettuce||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Halved strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Raw)|
|Sliced red onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced vertically|
Peel and section oranges over a small bowl, reserving 2 tablespoons juice.
Combine reserved 2 tablespoons juice, vinegar, and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk.
Combine orange sections, lettuce, strawberries, and onion in a large bowl; toss gently.
Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
