  Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Powdered sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs), whipped

Drain pineapple, reserving 1 cup juice.
Dissolve gelatin in hot pineapple juice; add water.
Chill until thickened.
Add rice, pineapple, marshmallows and nuts.
Add sugar to cream; fold into gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm.
