Fresh Fruit Salad With Poppy Seed Dressing

Ingredients
  Corn oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Poppy seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lettuce leaves 1
  Pineapple 1 , cut in to chunks (3 Cups)
  Strawberries 1 Pint, halved (2 Cups)
  Cantaloupe balls 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 12 Ounce
Directions

In blender container, place corn oil, honey, vinegar, poppy seeds, mustard and salt.
Cover and blend on medium speed for 20 seconds, or until well mixed.
Pour into jar with tight-fitting lid.
Cover and refrigerate.
On six lettuce-lined plates, arrange fruit and cottage cheese.
Serve with dressing.
(Store any remaining dressing tightly covered in refrigerator.)
