Salad Dressing For Fruit Salad
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Pineapple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Celery seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Heavy whipped cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine egg yolks, sugar and butter in top of double boiler.
Cook until mixture begins to thicken; add lemon and pineapple juices.
Stir in celery seed.
Fold in whipped cream at serving time
