Whipped Pear Salad
|Canned pears||30 Ounce|
|Lime gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce, softened|
|Salad dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Pint, whipped|
Drain pears, reserving 1 cup juice; heat juice.
Dissolve gelatin in pear juice.
Mash pears; add to cream cheese mixed with salad dressing.
Fold whip ped cream and pear mixture into partially set gelatin.
Cool until firm.
