Classic Caesar Salad

A delicious vegan/vegetarian recipe. Aired on Supreme Master Television on April 13 2007.
Ingredients
  Romain lettuce/Iceberg lettuce 4 Ounce
  Tofu 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Nori 4
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt To Taste
  French mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Miso 1 Tablespoon
  Umeboshi paste 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 6 Teaspoon
  Shoyu 1 Tablespoon (Natural Soy Sauce)
  Wholemeal bread 1
  Herbs 2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cut the bread into pieces for the croutons and put into a bowl. Add olive oil, pinch of salt and dried thyme. Mix well and spread these in a baking tray. Put the baking tray into the oven for 15 mins at 180C.

Next prepare the dressing by adding all the ingredients one after another. Use a blender to blend the ingredients.

Now to prepare the salad cut the green leaves of lettuce. Place them in a bowl and add croutons and dressing. Toss well to serve.
