Spinach Salad Imperial
|Fresh spinach||10 Ounce (1 package)|
|Maple flavored bacon||1⁄4 Pound, sliced, cut in 1 inch pieces|
|Carrot||1 Large, pared and shredded|
|Vinegar oil salad dressing||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (bottled)|
|Process american cheese slices||4 , cut in small squares (white)|
|Onion ring snacks||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Trim stems and any coarse ribs from spinach.
Wash leaves and drain well.
Break or cut into bite size pieces; place in a large salad bowl.
Saute bacon until crisp in a medium size frying pan; remove and drain on paper toweling.
Just before serving, add carrot to spinach; drizzle dressing over top; toss lightly to mix.
Stack cheese and bacon in center; sprinkle onion rings over all.
