Pineapple-Watercress Salad

Ingredients
  Watercress 1 Bunch (100 gm), coarse stems removed and chopped
  Canned pineapple chunks/Juice-packed canned pineapple chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, halved, seeded, and cut into thin strips
  Green bell pepper 1 Small, halved, seeded, and cut into thin strips
  Light soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Pineapple juice/Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Toss together watercress, pineapple chunks, red and green pepper strips, soy sauce, and juice.
