Shrimp Salad With Tomatoes
|Cleaned cooked shrimp||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|French dressing||16 Ounce|
|Chopped celery||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , diced|
|Tomatoes||8 , peeled|
Marinate shrimp in French dressing for 1 hour.
Combine celery, green peppers, mayonnaise, eggs and marinated shrimp.
Cut stem end from tomatoes; scoop out part of center.
Fill with salad; serve on salad greens
