Graham'S Egg Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 7 Gram
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 6 , sliced
  Chopped olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Tabasco sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Combine mayonnaise, celery, eggs, olives, salt, garlic salt and Tabasco sauce.
Add gelatin.
Chill until firm
