Molded Fruit 'N' Vegetable Salad

|Lemon flavored gelatin||6 Ounce|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||9 Ounce|
|Diced cooked carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add pine apple.
Cool until thick and syrupy.
Add car rots.
Pour into one large mold or five individual ones.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto lettuce; serve with mayonnaise.
