Molded Fruit 'N' Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon flavored gelatin 6 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 9 Ounce
  Diced cooked carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lettuce 1
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add pine apple.
Cool until thick and syrupy.
Add car rots.
Pour into one large mold or five individual ones.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto lettuce; serve with mayonnaise.
