Grilled Chicken Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Chicken breast half 1 , skinned and boned
  Seedless grapes 2 Cup (32 tbs), halved
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Walnuts 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes.
Cool and cut into small cubes.
In a large salad bowl, combine the chicken, grapes, celery, onion and walnuts.
Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and juice to make a dressing.
Pour over the chicken salad and toss lightly
