Salmon And Egg Salad

|Salmon||8 Ounce, drained|
|Hard-cooked eggs||3 , cut into eighths|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , quartered|
Remove bones and skin from salmon; flake into large pieces.
Combine salmon, eggs and celery.
Blend all remaining ingredients except greens and lemon; stir into salmon mixture.
Serve on crisp greens; garnish with lemon.
