Ingredients
  Tuna 1 Can (10 oz), flaked
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced sweet pickle 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard-cooked eggs 4 , chopped
  Canned english peas 1 Small
  Shell macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Lemon juice 1
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients; chill thoroughly.
Serve on lettuce leaf.
