Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs), diced
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ginger 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine chicken, celery, salt and pepper; chill for 2 hours.
Combine remaining ingredients just before serving.
Stir one half of dressing into chicken mixture.
Serve salad on crisp greens; top with remaining dressing.
