Roast Meat Salad

|Cooked diced potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , sliced|
|Sweet pickles||2 , chopped|
|Cooked diced lean beef roast||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into strips|
|Tomatoes||2 , quartered|
|Mayonnaise||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
Line salad bowl with lettuce leaves.
Combine potatoes with onion; combine eggs with pickles.
Arrange piles of meat, potato mixture, celery and egg mixture in bowl.
Separate piles with green pepper strips; garnish with tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt.
Blend all remaining ingredients; pour over salad.
