Exotic Chicken Salad is truly a royale addition to your dining table. This Exotic Chicken Salad is best served when chilled. The salad is easy to prepare too. This chill and serve version of Exotic Chicken Salad is best served on lettuce, make sure that you sprinkle the salad with reserved almonds.
  Cooked and cubed chicken 2 Quart
  Canned water chestnuts 2 Can (20 oz), drained and sliced
  Seedless grapes 2 Pound, halved
  Sliced celery 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Almonds 2 Cup (32 tbs), toasted
  Mayonnaise 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon

Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, celery and 1 1/2 cups almonds.
Blend all remaining ingredients except lettuce; add to chicken mixture.
Chill for several hours.
Serve on lettuce; sprinkle with remaining almonds.
