Shrimp Salad Deauville (France)

Ingredients
  Cleaned cooked shrimp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Walnut halves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple 1 , sliced
  Hard-cooked eggs 3 , halved
  Canned mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  Shredded iceberg lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Minced celery 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Arrange chilled shrimp, walnut halves, apple, eggs, mushrooms and lettuce in a salad bowl.
Thoroughly mix all remaining ingredients; pour over salad
