|Unflavored gelatin||14 Gram|
|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rose||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Oranges||3 , peeled and sectioned|
|Apple||1 Large, cored and chopped|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs), halved|
Sprinkle gelatin over water in a saucepan, let stand 5 minutes.
Add sugar, place over medium heat, stirring until dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add rose, orange juice, and lemon juice, stirring well, chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in fruit; spoon into a lightly oiled 6-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold onto lettuce-lined plate to serve.
Garnish with additional grapes, if desired.
