Chef's Salad

  Torn mixed lettuce 5 Cup (80 tbs) (romaine, leaf and iceberg)
  Swiss cheese slice 4 Ounce, cut into julienne strips
  Ham slices 4 Ounce, cut into julienne strips
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , coarsely chopped
  Cherry tomatoes 8 , halved
  Diced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ranch dressing/Thousand island salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (commercial)

Combine lettuce, cheese, ham, eggs, tomatoes, and green onions.
Serve as is, or spoon the mixture into pita bread halves.
Serve salad or sandwiches with salad dressing.
Serve immediately.
