|Torn mixed lettuce||5 Cup (80 tbs) (romaine, leaf and iceberg)|
|Swiss cheese slice||4 Ounce, cut into julienne strips|
|Ham slices||4 Ounce, cut into julienne strips|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , coarsely chopped|
|Cherry tomatoes||8 , halved|
|Diced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ranch dressing/Thousand island salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (commercial)|
Combine lettuce, cheese, ham, eggs, tomatoes, and green onions.
Serve as is, or spoon the mixture into pita bread halves.
Serve salad or sandwiches with salad dressing.
