Refreshing Salad

Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce (1 package)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Canned crushed pineapple 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz) (1 small can)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Maraschino cherries 12 , sliced
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
Add lemon juice and pineapple.
Blend in cottage cheese.Let mixture thicken; stir well.
Pour into 9 x 9 inch dish or individual molds.
Gar nish with cherries and nuts.
Chill.
