Celeriac & Carrot Salad
|Shredded celeriac||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shredded carrots||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Snipped chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped dill pickle||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Capers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Dijon style mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Toss together celeriac, carrots, parsley, chives, dill pickle and capers in large bowl.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and white pepper.
Pour dressing over vegetables, tossing to coat.
Spoon into lettuce-lined bowl
