  Oranges 2
  Head of lettuce 1 , torn into bite sized pieces

Pare grapefruit and oranges, cutting through white skin.
Cut sections close to membrane; lift out.
Arrange sections of grapefruit and orange on lettuce.
Garnish with pomegranate seed or avocado slices.
Pass fruit dressing
