Ingredients
  Canned mandarin orange segments 22 Ounce, drained
  Raw cauliflowerets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Spinach 2 Cup (32 tbs), torn into bite size pieces (2 Cups)
  French salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lettuce cups 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Directions

Toss orange segments, cauliflowerets, green pepper, spinach and salad dressing.
Serve in lettuce cups.
