  Unflavored gelatin 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Meat broth/Poultry broth / consomme 1 Cup (16 tbs), heated
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Vinegar/Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped cooked meat/Poultry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced cucumber pickle 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve in hot broth.
Add onion, salt, vinegar or lemon juice and other seasonings to taste.
Chill until thickened.
Stir in meat, peas, celery and pickle.
Pour into individual molds; chill until firm.
Serve on lettuce.
