Curried Tuna Salad
|White canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked|
|Canned white tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (In Water)|
|Thinly sliced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), toasted|
|Canned unsweetened pineapple tidbits||8 Ounce, drained|
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||3 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Alfalfa sprouts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine tuna, celery, pecans, and pineapple, stir well.
Combine mayonnaise and curry powder, stir into tuna mixture.
Cover and chill mixture.
To serve, arrange alfalfa sprouts on a serving plate.
Spoon tuna in center of sprouts.
