Curried Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  White canned tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked
  Canned white tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked (In Water)
  Thinly sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), toasted
  Canned unsweetened pineapple tidbits 8 Ounce, drained
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Alfalfa sprouts 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine tuna, celery, pecans, and pineapple, stir well.
Combine mayonnaise and curry powder, stir into tuna mixture.
Cover and chill mixture.
To serve, arrange alfalfa sprouts on a serving plate.
Spoon tuna in center of sprouts.
