Frozen Apple Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
  Crushed pineapple 9 Ounce
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Diced apples 2 Cup (32 tbs), finely
  Finely diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whipped cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup; add enough water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
Combine eggs, sugar, salt, lemon juice and syrup water mixture.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick.
Chill.
Fold in pineapple,apples, celery and whipped cream.
Pour into 2 quart refrigerator tray or salad mold; freeze.
