Shrimp Salad Barbara Ann

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Grated onion 3 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , chopped
  Chopped green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Old english cheese 1⁄2 Pound, grated
  Cooked shrimp 1 Pound, cut into bite sized pieces
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in water; add salt and onion.
Chill until thickened.
Whip in mayonnaise and cream; add eggs, green pepper, pecans, cheese and shrimp.
Garnish with parsley.
