|Lime gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Blanched almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Whole almonds||2 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Drain pears, reserving 1 cup juice.
Puree pears; set aside.
Bring pear juice to a boil;add gelatin, stirring until dissolved.
Add pears and cream cheese; beat until smooth.
Add more pear juice if too thick.
Cool com pletely; fold in cream.
Chill; fold in chopped almonds.
Top with whole almonds; place in shallow mold.
Chill until firm.
