Frozen Pear Salad

Ingredients
  Canned pears 51 Ounce, diced
  Lime gelatin/Cherry gelatin 3 Ounce
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Drain pears, reserving 1 3/4 cups juice.
Heat pear juice.
Add gelatin, stirring to dissolve.
Add lemon juice and cream cheese; mix well.
Chill.
Add pears, nuts and whipped cream.
Pour into 9 x 9 inch pan.
Freeze, stirring once or twice.
