Emerald Salad

Ingredients
  Gelatin 3 Ounce (Green Colored)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrots 3 , grated
  Crushed pineapple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple 1 , unpeeled and finely cut
  Celery pieces 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into oiled mold.
Chill until firm.
