Carrot And Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cooked diced shrimp 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Stuffed olives 12 , sliced
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Soak gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water.
Mix with mayonnaise and salt.
Combine shrimp, raisins, celery, carrots, olives and cheese.
Carefully fold into mayonnaise mixture with forks to prevent mashing.
Pour into mold or individual molds; chill.
Serve with additional salad dressing.
