|Lean beef roast/Boiling beef||3 Pound|
|Chopped pickles||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hard cooked eggs||6 , chopped|
|Canned pimento||4 Ounce, chopped|
|Salad dressing||1 Pint|
|Broth||4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Cook beef in moderate amount of water until very tender; cool.
Remove fat and bones; grind in food chopper using fine plate.
Mix pickles, eggs and pimento with ground meat, adding salad dressing and enough meat broth to make a moist mixture.
Place in mold or serving dish; refrigerate until ready to serve
