Braised Celery In Chicken Stock
|Celery||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Chicken bouillon cube||1 , dissolved in 1 cup boiling water|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
Cut off green leaves from celery and dis card.
Cut celery stalks in half.
Wash well and place in a glass casserole.
Season with salt and pepper.
Dot with butter and pour chicken stock over celery.
Cover dish and cook on highest setting for 10 to 12 minutes.
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
