Ingredients
  Cooked beans 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Soybeans, Limas, Lentils, Etc.)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Lemon rind 1
  Parsley 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Dill 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Scallions 4 , sliced
  Hard cooked egg 1 , sliced
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 , minced
Directions

Toss all ingredients lightly.
Serve cold.
