Gelatin Pear Salad

Ingredients
  Canned pears 29 Ounce, diced
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dessert topping mix 5 1⁄5 Ounce
Directions

Drain pears, reserving 1 3/4 cups juice.
Bring pear juice to a boil; pour over gelatin, stirring to dissolve.
Add cream cheese; mix thoroughly.
Cool until partially set.
Whip gelatin mixture; add pears, chopped pecans and dessert topping mix.
Chill until firm.
