Fruit Fluff Dessert Salad, Microwaved
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon (Fine)|
|Egg white||1 , stiffly beaten|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh strawberries||1 Pint, cleaned and halved|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Oranges||2 , peeled and sliced|
|Seedless green grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless red grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine sugar, syrup, water and orange peel in 1-quart glass measuring cup; micro-cook on HIGH 2 minutes, or until sugar has dissolved.
Stir; microcook on HIGH until mixture reaches 236Â° F, or soft ball stage, 3 to 4 minutes.
Very slowly add hot syrup into stiffly beaten egg white.
Fold in yogurt; chill.
Combine fruits in serving dish, reserving a few strawberry halves for garnish.
Spoon dressing over top; garnish with strawberry halves
