|Canned crushed pineapple||1 Medium|
|Lemon gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned pimento||7 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce|
|Chopped celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Nuts||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), chopped|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Pint|
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Heat pine apple juice and water to boiling.
Dissolve gelatin in juice.
Mash pimento and cream cheese together.
Add celery, nuts, pineapple and gelatin.
Add cream and salt.
Allow to chill before serving.
