Summer Garden Salad

Ingredients
  Granny smith apples 2 , cored and diced
  Red potatoes 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and sliced
  Frozen peas 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed and drained
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped mint/1 teaspoon dried mint leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine apples, potatoes and peas in medium-size bowl.
Combine yogurt, horseradish, mint and salt in small bowl; mix well.
Pour dressing over apple mixture; toss.
Cover and chill several hours.
Serve on lettuce.
