|Romaine head||1 , washed and chilled|
|Head of lettuce||1 , washed and chilled|
|Mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce, sliced|
|Salami||6 Ounce, sliced|
|Canned tuna||7 Ounce|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced radishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Line a large salad bowl with romaine.
Pull lettuce into bite sized pieces; place in bowl.
Cut cheese and salami into 1/2 inch strips.
Drain tuna; break into chunks with a fork.
Arrange cheese, salami, tuna, green onions and radishes in rows on top of greens.
Arrange tomatoes and olives around side of salad bowl for garnish.
Serve with chilled anchovy salad dressing.
