Molded Salad

Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Shredded carrot 3 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cottage cheese/10 ounce cream cheese 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Stir gelatin into boiling water until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients; pour into baking dish or mold.
Chill thoroughly.
Cut into slices and serve on lettuce.
